will give you the tracking number so you can see for yourself it was
delivered, but no refund. It could be it was intercepted by a family
member or roommate and I have no control over that. Also if it was not

Not available yet, we only deliver weed to most locations in the United States. However

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

Your order is shipped the same business day, if we receive your order
and payment by  1pm (GMT-7) cutoff time. If we receive your order

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new
order with us. We will then cancel the old order. Email us

want cancelled. This order will be cancelled or edited if it hasn’t been
sealed or shipped out get.

On orders below S200 dollars we charge S25 for Standard Mail and SL+O

free. We ship our orders via LIPS, LISPS and Xpress Post (handled by
morzxpress) and we provide a tracking number via email for you
once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may
take a little longer to reach you.

I'VE PAID FOR W ORDER, WHAT NEXT?

Your order will be on hold until we authenticate payment via E-transfer
or Bitcoin (when we process your order). Once payment is received, your
order will ship same day or within 1 business day.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DON'T PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed gour order, the next step in the process will be to
submit payment. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive payment.
If we do not receive your payment within 1 week, your order will be
canceled.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT HAPPENED?

Insured Shipping
If you select Insured Shipping, and you don’t receive your package after
two days past the expected delivery date, contact us. You will be
credited for the full amount of the order in points and you can simply
place the order again.
Non-lnsured Shipping
If you have NOT selected the Insured Shipping Option, and you don’t get
your package after two days past the expected delivery date, contact
us. We can do a trace to find the package, then ship it to you and you’ll
receive it a few days later. If the package is deemed “unrecoverable,” we
can reship the order, but refunds will not be offered due to postal issues

MY PACKAGE "REQUIRED SIGNATURE" WHY WAS THIS ASKED OF ME?

Any order over S300 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you
don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No
Signature required, Please.”

If you’re tracking your package on the Morzxpress website and it
looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error.
Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to
manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a
digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2
days.
